At the age of 12, having just seen the movie Goonies at the local theatre where one of his older brothers worked, a goal formed in Justan’s mind. Three uncles, all photographers, and his oldest brother who shot photographs for the local paper and the yearbook inspired a fairly clear path for the young Floyd. The little 110-camera received as a Christmas gift at 8 years old became the lynchpin for Justan's path to the Cinema. Since those young years, many a great mentor-led Justan down his own apprenticeship path to Mastery. Today, Justan continues their legacy by leading, on and off set, with integrity, drive, and respect for the craft, the creative spirit, and the heart.
